A multi-billion dollar company is again trying to purchase
us. They have increased their last years offer 50% and
made us a written offer of $10's of millions of dollars.
Another multi-billion dollar company has called and is
scheduled to come see us in 10 days. Do we sell all,
do we sell part, what terms/conditions are important,
is it enough money, etc.? This is a major business decision
that will have huge impact we'd like to make a really
smart decision. What thoughts, ideas, or wisdom do you
have?

our second full year in business in a few days. How
do we control this growth and become a household word
