Your Advisory Council

Advisory Council

The Advisory Council is a concept that was developed by Andrew Carnegie, the first "billioniare" in America. He said it was one of the two most powerful concepts that allowed him to build his huge business empire.

An Advisory Council is a group comprised of sixteen to eighteen owner/decision-makers of non-competitive, unrelated companies. Collectively they serve as an Advisory Council or an Advisory Board of Directors for each other's companies.

Although our members are in different businesses, they often find the problems and challenges of their businesses are very similar. Usually the leaders of these businesses have few peers who they can discuss their critical issues with candidly, or who can offer feedback based on their experiences. Our Advisory Councils provide business leaders with a critical tool that they may not otherwise have. Plus our members benefit from the experiences, both good and bad, of others who have been in their shoes.

The Advisory Council meetings are intense, creative, fun and very productive. Usually, many of those in attendance report receiving significant benefits, even when the focus is not on their business at that particular meeting. The purpose of our Advisory Councils are to:

- make more money
- have more fun
- get where you want to go faster
- have more time

One member says the "Advisory Council does this for me in spades".

Each Advisory Council is different. This means, depending on your individual situation we can determine which Advisory Council would be best suited for you.
